The experience begins with a transfer to a charming winery, where you will be welcomed with an introduction to mate, Uruguay's most traditional drink.
Throughout the day, you will be delighted with a picada of Uruguayan cheeses and salami, accompanied by an exquisite selection of five wines from Angel Fallabrino Winery. An expert asador will guide you step by step in the preparation of the asado, from lighting the fire to selecting the best cuts of meat and preparing a delicious chimichurri. The experience culminates with a lunch where you will enjoy the meats you have prepared yourself, accompanied by Uruguayan wines, soft drinks and the traditional Martín Fierro dessert.
